~Christmas Day in Perth~

Spending my Christmas day here wasn't that really happening but I can bet with you guys atleast its much better compare to what this budak had back in the city. Well on the 25th day of Dec, all I did is baked cake and went to a lausy party organised by my boss.

As you can see as professional chef again~~~my ingredients and tools are all well organized on the table hehe. And again the way and ingredients will not be shown due to top secret.

There were 2 cakes we gonna make on that day. 1 is the tiramisu and another 1 is some sort of like wedding cake. The 1st cake is the tiramisu which covered with a few layers of chocolate and some of course cheese la~~~ And then the tiramisu is stored into the fridge til today =.=" (the cake actually haven finish left out the decoration part haven done). Ya, the chef told us that the longer the cheesecake stay the better the taste. Like you kept it for 4 days the taste will be better off compare to the 1st day.
Now secondly is this something like wedding cake which can be very high. Its actually made with dinner rolls, it may seem easy but there's alot of things need to be done.

Can you spot it ? if anyone can then I maybe will make 1 cake when I'm back....hahaha
The cake looks better when its dark and shined with a light and wa lah~~~you can see the gold string shine very nice...
This is a side dish which is only made for the decoration.
And here is another better view on the gold string. But actually the gold string is made out of sweets hahaha.


OK Before continue on to the next picture...I announce to you people 1st that the following baby is NOT mine~~~!




This bitch baby here is my boss's newborn and she's only like 9 weeks old. And ya I never do imagine I will go and hold a baby. She's like so fragile and I bet when she grown up she's gonna be very pretty that is if she doesn't end up like her mom which is a big fat bitch mom. Why am I so sure ? that's because the dad is a philipinos and this means she's a mix-blood alien creature baby.
I pity the baby...the mom went on to put some weird party hat on the baby and before that she even gave the baby drank a little bit of alcohol. Well they said its healthy for the baby and the nurses also told them to do so...ang mo~~~~all about alcohol...
And here's a picture of some KFC not so hardworking employees except for the camera man who is the most hardworking hahaha. The 1 standing there in blue short is the kitchen hand 'lao pi gu' which means the oldest kitchen hand and the 1 to the right with black short is the boss of the KFC. And these 2 girls here are the front desk. Ya I know my KFC branch sucks....not much pretty girls work in but there are a few but they didn't come.
Well not much to do at the party except talking some craps and my boss stole took the chicken from KFC back to cook...=.=

Luxury Dinner~~!

Well, I had seen Anthony blog about his food and how poor good he is to only able to cook egg...egg...and so still some egg. And only able to show us his "kampung" food. I had also read this girl cook her not special regular home made dishes. I had seen and read and now its my turn to show you people out there what is it call real cooking~! what's real food~! (beware ingredients and steps will not be shown because...its my secret =p heheh if you want to know...chia me smth 1st).

This is a lamb leg a dish taught by my sifu....master...he used to work in the Hilton Hotel restaurant and he was a chef there for a few years. Yeah ladies and gentlemen, What I learnt from him is high quality food which is from a 6 stars hotel restaurant (not sure how many stars la...) The whole meal for the night costed me like AUD$108 which include soup, sauce and potatos. And this is the main course. This is the lamb leg after I stuffed all the ingredients into it.

And here the lamb leg is to be baked in the oven for like 2 hours but depend on the size of the lamb leg.
And here are the potatos...yes Mr.Potatos. These potatos called as 'Earth Egg' in china as they looked like an egg and its grown from the ground. It taste very nice with sour cream.
As you can see, I'm a "professional" cook and I do wear gloves when I cook. hehehe
And....er....this is the final product of my lamb leg...Unfortunately I forgot to take picture of the whole lamb leg so I just take a picture of this on my dish hehehe.
This guy here is the naked chef (yeah it was also hard for me to believe this china guy was a chef before) And this sibu guy here, is my kitchen hand which help me clean the dishes hahaha.

And finally, 3 housemates had a wonderful and lucury dinner together (I like to announce here that we 3 ARE NOT gay...!!) all that is missing here are some candles hahaha but I told my chef that I will only put candles if only I'm eating with a girl not with him nor my kitchen hand~~~~

Weeks after Friends gone~~~

hmm....what should I blog about ? It has been a boring weeks for me since the final exam ended and holiday came in. All this while what had I been doing ? MIA for quite a few times, well didn't go to any places or travel.

It has been a working routine for me now. Planning to earn 'some' money before I............

Well atleast I did go to Burswood for some rounds of blackjack hehehe and I did win alot. Its not like I wanted to go but my daily routine fishing event cancelled last night because of rain, and my friend suddenly said want to go Burswood casino to play and 'drinking coffee' FOC hahaha. And I end up 4.30am then going back home.

Christmas in Perth is not that happening at all. Without snow, its like missing something and people around not really like really into the christmas feel. Even the decoration in city isn't really that fascinating at all. Just some trees here and there then some bells here and there. Kinda disappointed in Aussies people.

Anyway, this should be thats all. Might plan to go some island before............

Ok this post is written specially for Anthony Un and the CLLaw...not showing off my salary or what cause I got friends working with higher salary than me hahaha...The AUD$910.69 is the total of what I had earned from the first day until now and it only took me 6 days to earn that much...hehe thats all. And for the AUD$83.89 thats where I only worked for like 5 hours or so.

Seem like the Christmas atmosphere is kicking in now. Spotted this house outside my house last night and its the brightest house around the neighbourhood. Ang mo...although there won't be any snow and yet they are always fill with Christmas feels.

~Pain for Paintball Game~

Hehe sorry for the sudden update of 3 posts, last few weeks my internet was down thats why I couldn't online and update anything.

This one was quite a time already but actually the other 2 posts also quite long time already haha. This was when I'm going for a paintball game. Ya I always wanted to try it in miri and now finally I got to try it in Perth.

Actually I was not invited to the game and it was organised by my housemate's church mates and it was an event for their church people and because of there were 2 empty slots thats why I was asked to join them, If not I do be rotting in my room that nite. The game is actually inside a warehouse so its not that really fun playing indoor.
Before we can start the game and stuff, we were forced to sign this death paper where any death happened during the game, they will not be held responsibility....
And this is the battlefield of the war we had. Its a small place but still its kinda fun but I guess outdoor will be more fun and exciting than indoor. They only use barrels made of rubber like a balloon thing.

This was my mask and the orange liquid on my mask was the only time I got head shot. Its like my blood hahaha its damn cool.
The whole group with 18 people including some ang mo...so we were grouped into 2 teams and its the red team vs. the blue team. I was grouped in the blue with mostly girls in it and red team was with mostly big size guys...
This is the blue team during the break time. Despite the girls in my team, we still manage to win the whole game because we are smater than the red team people hahaha. I always manage to crawl up into the red team base without noticed by them and most of the time I was the only 1 to move forward and charge hahaha and the red team was cowardly hiding behind those so-called barrels.
This are the bullets of the paint gun. 1 shot from the paint in close range you do really get bruises and yes I got like 6 bruise on my body and 2 on my fingers. I got 2 from my friend where I suddenly jumped out infront of him and scared him so he shot me. Actually the rule of the game we are not suppose to shoot anyone within like 3meter but he was shocked so he fired 2 bullets on me and the bullets went through my cloth...
After a tiring and hard game....its time for a nice and relaxing meal~~~!

We went to a place called Hana BBQ for dinner. Its a korean restaurant and the food inside are just like BBQ in korea. The restaurant is a nice restaurant and cheap also, it only cost AUD$30 per person and eat all you can.

Lucky me, because of my housemate is a chef and he asked me to sit with him. I enjoyed all the food that night without cooking it myself and it was ready cooked by my chef housemate hahaha. All I did was just following his order on what kind of food to bring for him to cook.

Crabbing Season~!

Ok it's Summer Time~~! What do we do during summer !??!!? of cause we don't just hide inside the house and full blast the air-conditioner and that do be boring. There are somethings which only can be done during the summer time and the events are like collecting abalone on the beach or go CRABBING~! which is catchin crabs ~!

As you guys might know, I had been addicted with fishing so my housemates and I all planned to go crabbing right after I finished my last exam. Another reason for they waiting for me is also because one of the housemate don't want to end up only with the couple together go crabbing so he suggested to wait for me hahaha bloody cheeky housemate~!
The place where we go crabbing is called Mandular (I don't know whether the name I spelled is correct or not) and it is another town located about 30minute drive from my house to the place. The town is famous with crabbing season and its a tourism place for people to go crabbing.
There are a few locations to catch crabs in the town but because of the hot weather and to avoid getting heat stroke, we went under a bridge to catch crabs.
Once reached the location we waste not a second to start preparing the nets and cages. And ya these two here are not twins nor prisoners because of their similarity of the shirts hahah I also just spotted they are wearing same shirts.
Our first crab of the day was quite big ! well it was the only and the biggest crab of the day...The rest were a little bit smaller.
And not to mention about it, as my previous post abt the flies. Here I will show you about the Flies season too and letting you guys know how serious it is about the flies....

This were just a few of the flies roaming around our bait for the crabs. There were still a lot flying around us. And the whole day I did is just waving my hands around to keep the flies away and it was that which made me tired.

Crabbing is not really that exciting as fishing. All you do is just put bait in cage and tie it to the cage then throw the cage into the sea and wait...wait...wait...wait for awhile then you pull the cage up to check whether there are any crabs trap in the cage or not. So there are times we got bored with catching blowie/bubble fishes and small crabs which you need to throw back into the sea if the crab is under size. And this was what we did to entertain us....

And we also caught a crab with TONS of eggs ~~~!!! man...this is what we call crabbing season~~!!
By the end of the day, we caught like 20 crabs and most of it are half dead by the time we reach back to my house. Then what happened to the crabs ???

Of cause those crabs end up filling up our empty stomach~! hahaha....2 or 3 people went sick after eating the crabs the next day but not me....no idea what they ate...must be the shit hahaha.

The Last Week of My Exam

A lot happened within the last week of my final exam for this sem and before the exam end, I have been already starting with my enjoyment for the holidays.

Well I went out to fremantle to have a walk and free my mind away from all the stress books, theories, tables....blah blah....and another reason I took the trip to Fremantle also partly because of my housemate who keep asking me to go out with him to Fremantle. His gf was here so he has to bring her to interesting places and for that I end up being the bulb of the trip. But the trip to Fremantle was not a long one, just went there to have some breakfast or is it brunch ? hahah not sure. And then went to the famous Fremantle Market which was my first time to the market too. Nothing interesting in the market but not the market as in miri tamu or the krokop 10 market.Well there is fun time and also study time. Enjoy in the morning then of cause I have to get back to my studies during the night. Atleast the last exam had nothing to do with theories but all just some math stuff only.
I was brought to another new building in Curtin for my revision that night and the place was kinda fun with sofa and other stuff. I can study half and then go sleep on the sofa. As I said I was studying....actually I did not done much revision that night because of some interaction from someone.........(from the picture) End up the whole night laughing in the room only.
As usual, the building have computers with unlimited access to internet and also with speaker. So with this kind of facilities, we as Curtin students of cause will maximise the use of the computers and also don't want to feel like wasting after paid AUD $8k for a sem fee. And ya....I end up gaming in the place rather than studying hahaha.

Ya I got a new pet in the house and its called Strout Little. Caught this one shopping in the kicthen and I guess this one WAS a baby one because the size was very small.
After caught the mouse, I did some experiment with it. The experiment is all about "How do mouse react to earthquake ?" Well basically all you do is just shake the container with the mouse inside like u never shake before (up and down). After a few second you can stop and see how blur and afraid the mouse is. Well this mouse didn't last quite long because I think my housemate killed it with another time of the earthquake experiment. The cause of death : Heart Attack !!
